How can I place a return or get a refund?
If we have made an error in your shipment, it arrived damaged, or it did not arrive in the shipping window you selected, please contact us WITHIN 15 DAYS of receipt using the Contact Us form on the site or call our Customer Care Department at1-877-664-2310. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds if notified outside of 15 days of receipt. Please note that it is necessary to contact our Customer Care Department first, either via phone or through the Contact Us form and to receive instruction from this department for a refund to be processed. Please have your order number ready when you call to expedite service.
